Questions about the order

How do I order tickets? Can I choose my seats directly in the seating plan?

Log in to our advance booking portal <a href="https://vorverkauf.pichmaennel-oktoberfest.de/events.php">HERE</a>. This will take you to the event overview. Select the day of the event you would like to attend. One click will take you to the hall plan, where you will be shown the available tables: Ordering options: <ul> <li>Booking of a table for 10 persons with or without menu. I am ordering on behalf of a company - can a total invoice be issued at the end of the evening?

Before entering your personal data, select the option "I am ordering on behalf of a company - please send me a cost absorption declaration". You will then receive a cost absorption form by e-mail together with the invoice, which you must complete and return to the caterer (please refer to the letter for details). This cost transfer is only possible for corporate customers in the commercial sector, private individuals are excluded. The total invoice must be paid on the evening of the event in cash or by credit card, less any services already paid for (meal vouchers, menus, etc.). Other payment options must be agreed directly between the contracting parties in advance.

Are there discounted tickets? Is there a group discount?

In principle, every visitor needs a valid ticket. There are no reduced ticket prices. Accompanying persons of wheelchair users are admitted free of charge. In this case, an admission ticket is not required for the accompanying person. Unfortunately, group discounts are not possible.

Can I have the tickets sent to a different delivery address?

As the tickets are sent online, we only need a valid e-mail address from the person who ordered them.

Was my order successful?

The offer to conclude a contract is made by the customer as soon as the customer has clicked on the "Order with costs" button. A contract is only concluded between both parties when Feldschlößchen Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH assigns an invoice number and sends the invoice in PDF format by e-mail to the customer. The invoice will be sent out after the order has been placed, within 24 hours. We ask for your understanding that queries regarding the invoice dispatch cannot be processed within these 24 hours. What follows after the order confirmation?

After you have received your invoice (invoice dispatch within 24 hours after order), we wait for your payment to be received. As soon as your payment has been successfully transmitted, you will receive your online tickets by e-mail to the e-mail address you have entered. I made a mistake in the email address when ordering. How can I correct this?

Can I add to an existing booking?

You can change or add tickets within 5 days and only BEFORE your payment. If a change is possible, you will receive an amended invoice by email. We have booked a table for 10 people and need more tickets?

In this case, it is possible to book a strolling ticket WITHOUT seating entitlement. However, we would like to point out that there is only room for 10 people at a beer table. Flaniertickets can be booked within 5 days and only BEFORE payment. (The prerequisite for this is that there are still strolling tickets available on the day of the event!) If a change is possible, you will receive an amended invoice by email. We booked a table for 10 people but there are only 8 of us?

It is not possible to return purchased tickets or place other guests at your table.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to change or cancel your order after receipt of payment. Automatic processes ensure that tickets are booked bindingly after your payment has been received. Exchanges, rebookings or cancellations of tickets are possible within 5 days and BEFORE your payment, depending on availability. To do so, send an email to vorverkauf@pichmaennel-oktoberfest.de stating your request and your reservation number. Please note: Ticket orders are not subject to the Distance Selling Act. § Section 312 b (3) no. 6 of the German Civil Code (BGB) stipulates that the law does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in the field of leisure activities, which also includes concerts. This means that a two-week right of revocation and return is excluded.

What happens to my data?

The personal data you provide when ordering will only be collected, processed and used by Feldschlößchen Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH for the purpose of establishing the corresponding contract, for the execution and processing of the contract and for billing purposes. Feldschlößchen Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH will not pass on your personal data to third parties, in particular not to other companies or other organisations, unless you give Feldschlößchen Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH express permission to do so or Feldschlößchen Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH is legally obliged to pass on this data, for example on the basis of a court order or official directive.

Can I have my billing address changed?

In general, a change of the order or the invoice after completion of the ordering process is unfortunately not possible without a compelling reason.

Questions about payment

How can I pay for my tickets?

We offer the following payment options: <ul> <li class="MsoNormal">Paypal</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Prepayment/bank transfer</li> </ul> For all payment options, your order will only be processed after receipt of payment. The tickets will be sent to your e-mail address after receipt of payment. How does payment by bank transfer work?

After completing your order, you will receive your invoice within 24 hours. In this invoice, we ask you to transfer the outstanding payment amount to the specified account within the next seven days. Only state the invoice number stated on the invoice as the reason for payment, otherwise we will not be able to allocate the payment to your order. If the name of the account holder is different from the orderer, please include the name of the orderer. Please always transfer the full final amount, as partial or instalment payments will result in an automatic cancellation. If you have placed several orders, please transfer the respective final amount per order separately, indicating the corresponding purpose of payment. Bank transfers take approx. 1-2 working days to reach the payee. We therefore recommend that you transfer the amount immediately to ensure that we receive your payment in good time.

Is payment by instalments possible?

My payment deadline has expired. Can I still make the payment?

If no payment is received by the set payment deadline, your reservation will be cancelled and the blocked seats will be released for sale again. You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been cancelled. Any payments received after this date will be refunded. After receiving our cancellation information, you will have to make a new booking.

Questions about shipping

I have not received the tickets I ordered or I have received the wrong number of tickets. What should I do next?

Questions about the ticket

In which form will I receive my ticket?

Basically, all tickets are sent as so-called online tickets in .pdf format. These can be printed out or shown on your smartphone as a .pdf document at the entrance (no screenshots). Please note that the QR code on the tickets must be legible (not bent, display not broken).

Can I return my tickets? Can tickets be partially returned (in case of illness or similar)?

Unfortunately, tickets cannot be returned. Automatic processes ensure that the seats you have selected are bindingly reserved immediately after you have sent your order. Please note the following legal regulation: Ticket orders are not subject to the Distance Selling Act.Section 312 b (3) no. 6 of the German Civil Code (BGB) stipulates that the Act does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in the field of leisure activities, which also includes concerts. This means that a two-week right of cancellation and return is excluded. Please also note our General Terms and Conditions.

Can I resell the tickets I have bought?

If you no longer need your tickets, you can pass them on to family/ friends/ acquaintances. The tickets may not be sold at a profit, i.e. the original purchase price may not be exceeded.

May I use the purchased tickets for raffles and prize draws?

The purchased tickets may not be used commercially for raffles and prize draws.

Do accompanying persons need a ticket?

In principle, every visitor needs a valid ticket. There are no reduced ticket prices. Accompanying persons of wheelchair users are admitted free of charge. In this case, an admission ticket is not required for the accompanying person. Group discounts are unfortunately not possible.

Do children need a ticket?

In principle, every visitor needs a valid ticket. There are no reduced ticket prices. Children under the age of 6 are generally admitted free of charge. Due to the increased volume level, the event is not suitable for children without hearing protection. We therefore strongly recommend hearing protection for children. We would also like to point out that adolescents under 16 years of age can only be admitted if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Age restrictions for children and young people and information on hearing protection

For admission regulations regarding age restrictions, we refer to the Youth Protection Act. Children under 16 years of age may only be admitted if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Adolescents over 16 years of age may be admitted to the event until the official end of the event (00.00 hrs). The serving of alcoholic beverages is also governed by the Youth Protection Act. Furthermore, we would like to point out that the event is not suitable for children without hearing protection due to the increased volume level. For this reason, we strongly recommend the use of hearing protection.

I have lost my ticket, can I get a replacement?

Please check the completeness of your tickets and meal vouchers against your order no later than 7 days after receipt and report any differences to your order as soon as you become aware of them. It is not possible to send you a replacement if your ticket is lost. Tickets are valuable items and must be treated accordingly. If tickets are stolen, please contact <a href="mailto:vorverkauf@pichmaennel-oktoberfest.de">vorverkauf@pichmaennel-oktoberfest.de</a> immediately. Our Pichmännel Oktoberfest office will then try to prevent strangers from using the ticket. Does my ticket also count as a bus and train ticket?

The ticket is not valid as a public transport ticket. However, it is still possible to get to the festival grounds in comfort. For further information, please refer to the section "<a href="https://www.pichmaennel-oktoberfest.de/anfahrt.html">HOW TO FIND US</a>".

Am I allowed to change my ticket, e.g., by making the price unrecognisable?

The inscription on the ticket may not be made unrecognisable. However, it is possible to stick a removable sticker over the ticket. The tickets should not be bent at the point of the QR code to ensure its readability. Please keep your tickets in a safe place. Usually, damaged / lost tickets cannot be replaced.

Are the purchased tickets personalised?

No.

Ausnahme: Kann ich mein Ticket für 2021 zurückgeben?

Ja, Tickets die für das Pichmännel Oktoberfest 2021 gekauft wurden können bis zum 15.12.2021 kostenfrei zurückgegeben werden. Alle Ticketinhaber/-innen haben dazu eine E-Mail bekommen. Aus technischen Gründen kann ausschließlich die gesamte Bestellung zurückgegeben werden.

What does my ticket include?

Table tickets include admission and stay in the marquee and reservation of the table for the event evening (except for strolling tickets). Please note that meal vouchers are not included. Consumption vouchers can only be purchased at the event.

Questions about the event

When does the event start and when does it end?

Admission opens at 5.00 pm. The event begins at 6.00 pm. The closing time in the entire festival tent is 11.30 p.m. at the latest (exceptions see special notices). The end of the event is 30 minutes after the closing time at the latest and requires the immediate departure from the event area. ATTENTION: For different times for Pichmännel-Frühschoppen, please see the event details page.

How will I know if events are postponed or cancelled? Will my ticket remain valid in this case?

In such cases, we will inform you at your e-mail address. You can also check on your own on our homepage before the event date. For cases of force majeure and official regulations, please refer to our general terms and conditions and event regulations. Tickets remain valid for postponed events.

Are sound, image and/or video recordings permitted during the event?

In general, it is rather unusual that recordings of any kind are allowed during the event. Recordings with mobile phones and small cameras are tolerated. A press pass is required for professional camera equipment (e.g. MR cameras).

Is the venue barrier-free?

The tent is accessible at ground level. Disabled toilets are available. However, we would like to point out that wheelchair users can only be seated at the front of a table due to the seating arrangements and the beer table sets. Therefore, please choose a table that is not directly adjacent to the main aisles.

Is there a cloakroom at the events?

There is a cloakroom at each event for which a fee is charged. This is located directly in the entrance area to the festival tent.

Am I allowed to bring food or drinks to events?

No food or drinks may be brought to the events.

Can I pay without cash?

All food and drinks are due for payment immediately to the service staff. The invoice amount must be paid in cash only. Card payments are possible from €10 invoice amount at all cash points of sale. Any objections to the contents of the invoice must be raised directly with the service staff or the management before payment. Later complaints can no longer be considered.

What can be paid for with consumption vouchers?

It is not possible to purchase food and beverage vouchers online in advance. Consumption vouchers (worth € 15.00) can only be purchased at the event. Consumption vouchers can only be redeemed for all dishes and drinks on the menu valid on the day of the event. A refund of unredeemed consumption vouchers is not possible. It is not possible to have amounts credited for future events or to have credit notes or vouchers issued for unused amounts. There will be no payment of any remaining amounts. Consumption vouchers are not transferable to the purchase of souvenirs or similar. All consumption vouchers from ticket holders will be exchanged for new tokens before the start of the event on the respective event day. For all online tickets it is not possible to purchase a meal voucher. Here it is possible to book a menu or order food and drinks on site (á la carte or at the serving points).

What does the status "sold out" mean for an event?

With the status "sold out" the ticket contingent for this event day is exhausted. Remaining tickets and declining tickets will be returned to the advance sale. Please check our presale portal from time to time to see if any contingents have become available. It is worth it!
