Log in to our advance booking portal HERE.

This will take you to the event overview. Select the day of the event you would like to attend. One click will take you to the hall plan, where you will be shown the available tables:
Ordering options:

  • Booking of a table for 10 persons with or without menu. You will find the menu overview HERE (tables marked BLUE and LILA in the seating plan).
  • Booking of 1 to 10 individual seats at a table. (Tables marked GREEN in the seating plan)
  • Booking of a BOX for min. 16 to max. 20 persons with a 3-course menu. The Menu overview can be found HERE. (Tables marked RED in the seating plan)

Before entering your personal data, select the option "I am ordering on behalf of a company - please send me a cost absorption declaration".

You will then receive a cost absorption form by e-mail together with the invoice, which you must complete and return to the caterer (please refer to the letter for details).

This cost transfer is only possible for corporate customers in the commercial sector, private individuals are excluded.

The total invoice must be paid on the evening of the event in cash or by credit card, less any services already paid for (meal vouchers, menus, etc.). Other payment options must be agreed directly between the contracting parties in advance.

In principle, every visitor needs a valid ticket. There are no reduced ticket prices. Accompanying persons of wheelchair users are admitted free of charge. In this case, an admission ticket is not required for the accompanying person.

Unfortunately, group discounts are not possible.

As the tickets are sent online, we only need a valid e-mail address from the person who ordered them.

The offer to conclude a contract is made by the customer as soon as the customer has clicked on the "Order with costs" button. A contract is only concluded between both parties when Feldschlößchen Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH assigns an invoice number and sends the invoice in PDF format by e-mail to the customer.

The invoice will be sent out after the order has been placed, within 24 hours. We ask for your understanding that queries regarding the invoice dispatch cannot be processed within these 24 hours.

After you have received your invoice (invoice dispatch within 24 hours after order), we wait for your payment to be received. As soon as your payment has been successfully transmitted, you will receive your online tickets by e-mail to the e-mail address you have entered.

You will then receive an amended invoice by mail.

You can change or add tickets within 5 days and only BEFORE your payment. To do so, send an email to vorverkauf@pichmaennel-oktoberfest.de">vorverkauf@pichmaennel-oktoberfest.de stating your request and your order number. If a change is possible, you will receive an amended invoice by email.

For technical reasons, it is not possible to combine or process orders for different event days. In this case, please place another order.

In this case, it is possible to book a strolling ticket WITHOUT seating entitlement. However, we would like to point out that there is only room for 10 people at a beer table.

Flaniertickets can be booked within 5 days and only BEFORE payment. (The prerequisite for this is that there are still strolling tickets available on the day of the event!) To do this, send an email to vorverkauf@pichmaennel-oktoberfest.de">vorverkauf@pichmaennel-oktoberfest.de, stating your request and your order number. If a change is possible, you will receive an amended invoice by email.

It is not possible to return purchased tickets or place other guests at your table.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to change or cancel your order after receipt of payment. Automatic processes ensure that tickets are booked bindingly after your payment has been received.

Exchanges, rebookings or cancellations of tickets are possible within 5 days and BEFORE your payment, depending on availability. To do so, send an email to vorverkauf@pichmaennel-oktoberfest.de stating your request and your reservation number.

Please note:

Ticket orders are not subject to the Distance Selling Act. § Section 312 b (3) no. 6 of the German Civil Code (BGB) stipulates that the law does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in the field of leisure activities, which also includes concerts.

This means that a two-week right of revocation and return is excluded.

The personal data you provide when ordering will only be collected, processed and used by Feldschlößchen Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH for the purpose of establishing the corresponding contract, for the execution and processing of the contract and for billing purposes.

Feldschlößchen Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH will not pass on your personal data to third parties, in particular not to other companies or other organisations, unless you give Feldschlößchen Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH express permission to do so or Feldschlößchen Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH is legally obliged to pass on this data, for example on the basis of a court order or official directive.

In general, a change of the order or the invoice after completion of the ordering process is unfortunately not possible without a compelling reason.
